DIFFICULTY SUPER EASY

Ingredients

2 apples
2 pears
2 nectarines
1 cup of oats
¼ cup of nuts/coconut
2 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tsp of cinnamon
½ cup of frozen cranberries

Method

1.
Preheat your oven at 180C

2.
Mix oats, nuts, coconut oil, cinnamon and agave syrup and set aside

3.
Cut each of your fruits in half and remove core. With a scoop/spoon or fruit corer try to make a “bowl” in the centre of the inner side (it doesn’t have to be too deep, be sure you don’t get through the skin)

4.
Place your fruit halves skin down and fill them with your oat mix. Sprinkle the cranberries on the sides to fill the spaces between the fruits.

5.
Bake for 20 min until tender and golden
