Strawberry Chocolate Crêpes

A delicious idea to share with your love ones, chocolate and strawberries is one of those combos that never gets old! You can use traditional chocolate spread or make yours from scratch as we will do for this recipe. This recipe is a piece of joy with every bite!

Ingredients

125g flour 2 eggs
300ml milk of choice
30g butter
Chocolate spread (or 80g of chocolate + 1 tablespoon coconut cream if making your own)
Handful of strawberries

Method

1.
Prepare your chocolate spread (if making your own) by melting chocolate with coconut cream on a bain-marie.

2.
Mix all of the dry ingredients for the crepe batter, then add the wet ingredients.

3.
Pour the crêpe batter to a frying pan.

4.
When the crêpe goes golden brown, spread chocolate over a quarter of the crêpe, the sliced strawberries and flip in four, then repeat. Finish with extra chocolate drizzle.
