BARLEY GRASS PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 80g Ground GF Oats/Almonds/Coconut Flour
  • 2 scoop Barley Grass - Creative Nature Superfoods
  • 200g Greek Yoghurt/Coconut Yoghurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • If you want to be extra virtuous then blend some spinach and spirulina into your mixture

  • 2 Eggs
  • If you want to be extra virtuous then blend some spinach and spirulina into your mixture

Instructions

  1. Add Oats, protein and Coconut Milk to a saucepan on a low heat and stir until creamy
  2. Simply blend the base of your choice with the Barely Grass, Yoghurt & Eggs
  3. Add a dollop of mixture to a heated frying pan with a tsp of Coconut Oil
  4. Fry lightly and toss after roughly a minute on each side, watching them cook is key!
  5. Serve with some fresh blueberries, cacao nibs and cacao cream OR top with some homemade guacamole & salsa for a savoury treat
  6. (These pancakes vary in colour depending on your chosen combination but they all taste amazing!)
