  • 1 scoop of Vanilla & Pistachio Protein Powder
  • 150g Unsweetened Greek Yoghurt
  • Barley Grass Spoon from Creative Nature Superfoods
  • Chia Seeds from Creative Nature Superfoods
  • Goji Berries from Creative Nature Superfoods
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the Oats, Barley Grass, Protein Powder, Coconut Milk to a bowl for the microwave or the saucepan. Stir and heat - microwave 2 mins/saucepan stir until thick
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with natural yoghurt, blueberries, goji berries and cinnamon. For vegans top with Coyo/soy alternatives or cook with almond milk
