  • Almond Butter
  • Brown Rice Syrup
  • Himalayan Crystal Salt

Instructions

  1. On a low heat melt 4 tbsp of coconut oil
  2. Add half a small tub of nut butter and melt into the mixture
  3. Add 4 tbsp of Brown Rice Syrup
  4. Mix together and remove from heat when a liquid mixture has formed
  5. Add the oats until all are covered in the mixture and smooth out onto a baking tray about 2.5cm thick
  6. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
