Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Line a tin with baking foil. Add the leaves of the kale and ensure you remove the stems
  3. Next, season with a pinch of sea salt and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I sometimes add a dash of paprika for flavour
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the edges are brown and not burnt
