QUINOA, ROASTED VEGGIES AND CHICKEN SAUSAGES

  • 3 Heck! Chicken sausages
  • ½ a cup of Merchant Gourmet quinoa
  • A selection of vegetables to roast (courgette, peppers etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 3 Heck! Chicken sausages
  • ½ a cup of Merchant Gourmet quinoa
  • A selection of vegetables to roast (courgette, peppers etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Prepare your veg by cutting it up and placing it on a baking tray
  3. Add the olive oil t the vegetables, and shake the veg around the tray so the oil covers everything. For an easier way, you may want to brush the olive oil over the veg. You may also like to season with salt and pepper or chili flakes
  4. Roast in the oven for around 40 minutes, turning half way through. 5 minutes after you have put your veg in to cook, you can then put your sausages into the oven to cook for 30-35 minutes
  5. A few minutes before the sausages and veg are done, heat your quinoa in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serve up on a plate and enjoy
