SALMON SPAGHETTI WITH GREENS

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 50g of wholemeal spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • Tenderstem broccoli
  • A sprinkle of parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 50g of wholemeal spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • Tenderstem broccoli
  • A sprinkle of parmesan

Instructions

  1. Place your salmon fillet on baking paper on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. (You may wish to season it before you cook it)
  2. Boil your spaghetti for 8-12 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon every few minutes
  3. Whilst the samlon is cooking and your spaghetti is boiling, you can prepare your greens
  4. Cut your avocado into chunks and steam your tender stem broccoli for 3-4 minutes
  5. When ready, drain the spaghetti from the water once it cooked. Serve the spaghetti a bowl with the greens and salmon, and finish off with some grated parmesan
