  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • Half a Red Pepper
  • A Handful Of Spinach
  • A Handful Of Feta Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • Half a Red Pepper
  • A Handful Of Spinach
  • A Handful Of Feta Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut your pepper into slices in preparation to top your omlette
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl until blended
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick omlette pan at a medium- high heat, then pour the egg mixture into the pan
  4. Allow the edges to set and add your toppings on top of your omlette
  5. Once you can see the whole omlette has set, remove from the pan using a large spatula… and it’s ready to eat
