VEGGIE BUDDHA BOWL

Ingredients

  • ½ a cup of Merchant Gourmet’s brown rice
  • ¾ of a cup of tofu
  • A handful of strawberries
  • AA handful of blueberries
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of greens (broccoli)

Ingredients

  • ½ a cup of Merchant Gourmet’s brown rice
  • ¾ of a cup of tofu
  • A handful of strawberries
  • AA handful of blueberries
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of greens (broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a baking tray to cook in the oven for 30 minutes
  3. 5-10 minutes before your tofu is ready, steam your green vegetables for 3-4 minutes
  4. Heat your rice up for 1 ½ minutes
  5. Remove your tofu from the oven when ready and serve up with your rice and greens. Top with the berries, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold
