Strawberry & Cream Oats

A Simple Way To Eat Plant-Based

Essential ingredients

5 strawberries

120g oats

300ml milk (oat works well)

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

175ml yoghurt (Greek or soy)

Chopped nuts


  1. In a blender, blitz together half of the oats with the strawberries and the milk, until smooth and nicely pink.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, add the other half of the oats and the ground flaxseeds, and mix together.
  3. Pour around a third of the oat mixture into a bowl or mason jar, and then top with a layer of the yoghurt. Repeat with the rest of the oats and yoghurt.
  4. Seal the bowl or jar, and place in the fridge overnight to soak. Enjoy in the morning topped with nuts and strawberries!
