A Simple Way To Fuel Fitness

Essential Ingredients

200g desiccated coconut
200g condensed milk
4 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
300g milk chocolate, melted
Melted dark chocolate, to decorate


  1. Mix together the desiccated coconut, condensed milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Once combined, pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and use the bottom of a glass to compress the mix into the pan. Pop in to the freezer to chill for 1 hour.
  2. Turn out the frozen bounty mixture onto a chopping board and chop into 1 inch wide rectangles with a sharp knife. 
  3. Melt the milk chocolate in a large bowl. Dip each bar into the chocolate, using two forks to help you, then place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper to set. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate to decorate, then store in the fridge to firm up and enjoy for up to 10 days.
