Festive Stuffed Dates

A Simple Way To Fuel Fitness

Essential Ingredients

15 large Medjool dates
2.5 tbsp almond butter
25g dark chocolate, melted
5 dried apricots
25g white chocolate, melted
2.5 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Chill your dates until they are cold. This is not a compulsory step, however, you will find the dates much easier to work with if you do!
  2. Slice one side of each date and carefully remove the stone. 
  3. Stuff 5 of the dates with a spoonful of almond butter then dip one side in melted dark chocolate.
  4. Stuff another 5 dates with an apricot, then drizzle with melted white chocolate. 
  5. Fill the last 5 dates with tahini, then top with pomegranate seeds.
  6. Chill until cold, then enjoy!
