Plum & Berry Porridge

Essential ingredients

100g oats
450-500ml almond or oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 plums, chopped small
1 tsp coconut oil
100g raspberries
100g blueberries
2 tbsp nut butter or tahini
2 tbsp granola


  1. Add the oats, milk and vanilla to a saucepan and heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the chopped plums. Cook for 5-10 minutes until sticky and soft.
  3. Warm the raspberries in a saucepan with a splash of water for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve the porridge in bowls topped with the sticky plums, warmed raspberries, blueberries, nut butter and some granola.
