Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

A Simple Way To Eat Plant-Based

Essential ingredients

125g frozen raspberries

3 bananas (fresh or frozen)

150ml almond milk

40g protein powder (optional, sub for 40g ground flaxseed, if desired)

Handful of granola

Handful fresh raspberries

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

4 mint leaves (optional)


  1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients in the blender, and blitz until smooth and thick, around 3 minutes.
  2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls, and sprinkle the toppings over the smoothie. Enjoy immediately.
