Raspberry Toast

A Simple Way To Eat Plant-Based

Essential ingredients

2 slices of toast

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp tahini

2 handfuls raspberries

Handful flaked almonds

Zest 1 lime, grated


  1. Slice the bread and pop in the toaster until lightly toasted.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together the almond butter and tahini.
  3. Mash the raspberries with a fork, creating a mixed consistency with runny juice and some chunkier bits.
  4. Spread the tahini and almond mixture over the toast, and top with the smashed raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle over some flaked almonds and the lime zest.
