Tahini Oat Cookies

A Simple Way To Eat Plant-Based

Essential ingredients

150g oats

100g ground almonds

50g chopped walnuts

50g dark chocolate chips

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp oat milk

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp tahini


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl, before adding the wet ingredients.
  3. Stir with a spatula, the mixture should be sticky but not runny. Form the mixture into 8 small cookies.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  5. Delicious fresh out of the oven, with a drizzle of tahini.
