A Simple Way To Fuel Fitness

Essential Ingredients

4 slices rye bread
Black pepper

Toast 1 Toppings
½ avocado, mashed
1 tbsp feta, crumbled
Sprinkle of pomegranate seeds

Toast 2 Toppings
2 tbsp almond butter
½ banana, sliced 
Sprinkle of blueberries
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Toast 3 Toppings
2 tbsp hummus
1/2 a medium tomato, sliced
5 basil leaves
drizzle of balsamic glaze

Toast 4 Toppings
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
1 peach, sliced
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
2 mint leaves, roughly chopped

Directions

    Toast 1
    Top the toasted rye bread with the mashed avocado, crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and a crack of black pepper.


    Toast 2
    Spread the almond butter over the toasted rye bread, top with the sliced banana and blueberries, then sprinkle over a few pumpkin seeds.


    Toast 3
    Spread the rye bread with the hummus, then lay over the sliced tomato and basil leaves. Finish with a crack of black pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. 


    Toast 4
    Melt the coconut oil and honey together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the peach slices and fry for a minute or do each side, or until golden brown and slightly softened. Spread the toasted rye bread with the ricotta cheese, then top with the peaches and sliced mint leaves.
