Tropical Fruit Porridge

A Simple Way To Eat Plant-Based

Essential ingredients

120g oats

360ml coconut milk

1/2 mango

2 small passionfruit

1 banana

Coconut flakes/desiccated coconut (optional)


  1. Pour the oats and milk into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer until thick and creamy, around 8 minutes. Add in more milk, if needed.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the fruit. Chop the mango and banana, and scoop the seeds and juice out of the passionfruit.
  3. Serve the porridge topped with the chopped mango and banana, and drizzled with the passionfruit. Sprinkle with coconut.
