Having achieved a first-class degree in Psychology (BSc), with a specific research focus on eating behaviour, Gina has gone on to study for an Msc in Nutrition & Behaviour. Her mission is to combine nutrition and psychology, as our nutrition doesn’t only impact our physical health, but is also linked to our psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.
Gina’s love for food has seen her cook and develop recipes in a variety of settings where she has gained a keen interest in nutrition. She has run workshops and cooking lessons for community projects in India and schools in the UK.
