Lisa Waldron is a Registered Dietitian and qualified PE teacher. She holds a master’s degree in Dietetics, a Post Graduate Certificate in Eating Disorders and completed further training in intuitive eating and health coaching. She worked in Specialist Eating disorder services for over 6 years and has experience in the NHS and private practice. She has contributed to national guidance on eating disorders and teaches on the BDA and held the role of Professional Development officer for Eating Disorders for the Mental Health Specialist Group.
Lisa brings her passion for nutrition and exercise to all aspects of her work and focuses on supporting individuals to develop a positive relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She uses a holistic approach and considers the wider factors influencing health and wellbeing in her work.
