Berry Porridge Bowl

 
 

This is the perfect way to make sure you get a healthy, balanced & nutritious start to the day. Plus you can mix and match your toppings and why not sprinkle some seeds for those added nutrients and crunch too.

Ingredients


45g of oats

1 cup of almond milk

1 tsp of cinnamon

2 tbsp of maple syrup 

Toppings 

Handful of frozen berries

1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

1-2 tbsp of nut butter 

Fresh raspberries 


Method


1.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on a medium heat, stir until smooth.

2.
Add the frozen berries and honey to a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, mash with a fork.

3.
Add the porridge to a bowl, serve with the berry compote, nut butter and fresh raspberries.
