Blueberry, Banana & Chocolate Porridge

 
 

Nothing can beat a bowl of porridge for breakfast. The combination of almond butter, blueberries, cinnamon, maple, banana and dark chocolate is heavenly. Full of fibre but also full of antioxidants, perfect for a healthy breakfast bowl!

Ingredients


3/4 cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Toppings: banana, blueberries, dark chocolate, maple syrup, handful of chopped almonds


Method


1.
Mix all the ingredients in a pot and cook at medium temperature, stir until smooth.

2.
Remove the cinnamon stick and serve in a bowl.

3.
Add sliced bananas, chopped almonds, chopped dark chocolate, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
