Blueberry Chocolate Bark

 
 

Not only is this absolutely delicious it's incredibly easy to make and is packed with antioxidants and magnesium. You can also switch up the berries or add in some seeds for that extra crunch too!

Ingredients


300g fresh blueberries 

200g dark chocolate, melted

2-3 tbsp of almond butter or other nut butter (optional)


Method


1.
Start by washing and drying your blueberries. 

2.
Break your dark chocolate into a bowl and melt in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between.

3.
Place your blueberries in a tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with nut butter if using. Cover all with the melted dark chocolate.

4.
Place in the freezer for at least one hour. After the bark has solidified, take it out, break it up into pieces, and store it in a container in the fridge (or freezer).
