Registered with the Association for Nutrition (RNutr), Rhiannon obtained a first-class Bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Health and a Master’s (MSc) degree in Obesity, Risks and Prevention. She is also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity having studied at The National Centre For Eating Disorders approved by The British Psychological Society (BPS).

As an avid foodie and prolific recipe developer, she has experimented with colourful ingredients working with the Masterchef team and is responsible for developing menus at London’s most celebrated healthy eateries.
With food and fitness working hand in hand to keep us in peak condition, Rhiannon has worked with Olympic athletes, pop stars and professional footballers regularly witnessing the dramatic impact healthy eating can have on performance at the highest level. Additionally, her experience working alongside Cardiologists and General Practitioners at NHS hospitals has seen her demonstrate the influence Nutrition has in metabolic syndrome and recovery.
