Blended Chia Pudding

Ingredients
68g chia seeds
300ml almond milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
50ml coffee (optional)
Toppings:
200g of raspberries, mashed
50g melted dark chocolate
Method
1.
Blend all ingredients for the chia pudding

Serve in a glass or jar, top with mashed raspberries and melted dark chocolate

Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
