Chocolate & Raspberry Cups
There’s no better combination than chocolate, raspberries and nut butter. This chocolate cups recipe has just 4 ingredients and you don’t need any special equipment! They’re super fun and simple to make, plus you can save them in the freezer to eat at a later date too.
MAKES 6 CUPS
PREP TIME 15 MINUTES + OVERNIGHT
DIFFICULTY EASY
Ingredients
180g of dark chocolate
100g of raspberries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
6 tbsp of any nut or seed butter
6 cupcake cups
Method
1.
Mash the raspberries with a fork and add your chia seeds. Set aside.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie or in 30 seconds intervals in the microwave.
3.
Place your cupcake cups in a cupcake tray or small ramekins. Add about 1 tbsp of chocolate to each until all base is well covered.
4.
Add 1 tbsp of the raspberry-chia mix and 1 tbsp of the nut butter into each cup
5.
Cover each cup with extra chocolate until coated, leave to set in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
