Cottage Cheese Bread
This delicious cottage cheese bread is packed full of protein and fibre. Unlike shop bought bread, this loaf has no preservatives so it won’t keep fresh as long, so a top tip is to freeze it once sliced.

Ingredients
200g oats
300g cottage cheese
50g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl.
Shape as a bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180C.
