Festive Stuffed Dates

 
 

Perfect for stuffing, these little treats prove desserts doesn't have to be complicated! Here’s some of my fave combos, but go get creative.

DIFFICULTY SUPER EASY


Ingredients


15 large Medjool dates
2.5 tbsp almond butter
25g dark chocolate, melted
5 dried apricots
25g white chocolate, melted
2.5 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds


Method


1.
Chill your dates until they are cold. This is not a compulsory step, however, you will find the dates much easier to work with if you do!

2.
Slice one side of each date and carefully remove the stone.

3.
Stuff 5 of the dates with a spoonful of almond butter then dip one side in melted dark chocolate.

4.
Stuff another 5 dates with an apricot, then drizzle with melted white chocolate.

5.
Fill the last 5 dates with tahini, then top with pomegranate seeds.

6.
Chill until cold, then enjoy!
