Garlic Bread & Melted Brie

 
 

A twist on a classic that won’t disappoint your guests or your taste buds! Plus garlic is known for its role supporting our immune system.

Ingredients


1 ciabatta loaf
1 Brie cheese
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/3 block of butter
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
Salt
Olive oil

 


Method


1.
Slice the top of the garlic leaving the cloves discovered, place over foil, drizzle with olive oil and wrap them inside the foil

2.
Bake for 40-45min at 180C, or until soft and brown

3.
Let cool and squeeze over a bowl, mix butter, chilli flakes, salt and parsley

4.
Slice ciabatta bread in half and spread garlic butter

5.
Place over a baking tray with the Brie cheese, bake for 10-15min until bread is toasted
