Ingredients


30g of flax seeds

200g Greek yoghurt

2 tbsp of soy milk or other plant milk

1 fig

50g of blueberries, fresh or frozen

1tsp of peanut butter


Method


1.

Mix your flax seeds with milk, then add the yoghurt and stir until well combined

2.

Add fig slices, blueberries and peanut butter as toppings
