Plum & Berry Porridge
The only downside to porridge is that, if not spruced up, it can get tedious. So, once you’ve mastered the basic recipe, get creative! Using plums and berries, this comforting recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth just as much as kick-start your day healthy!

Ingredients
100g oats
450-500ml almond or oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 plums, chopped small
1 tsp coconut oil
100g raspberries
100g blueberries
2 tbsp nut butter or tahini
2 tbsp granola
Method

Add the oats, milk and vanilla to a saucepan and heat until smooth and creamy.

Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the chopped plums. Cook for 5-10 minutes until sticky and soft.
3.
Warm the raspberries in a saucepan with a splash of water for 3-5 minutes.
4.
Serve the porridge in bowls topped with the sticky plums, warmed raspberries, blueberries, nut butter and some granola.
