Tahini Baked Oats

 
 

Tahini baked oats? Yes please! This oat bake recipe is full of flavour and beneficial nutrients.

Ingredients


2 bananas, mashed

2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt or alternative

180g oats

1 tsp baking powder

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

350ml milk of choice

Toppings:

Handful of dark chocolate chips, or chopped dark chocolate

2 tbsp of tahini

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds


Method


1.

Preheat the oven at 180C

2.

In a greased oven safe container, combine mashed banana, rolled oats, yoghurt, baking powder, maple syrup and milk

3.

Add a few chocolate chips and mix inside the batter

4.

Finish up with some extra chocolate chips, tahini drizzle and sesame seeds

5.

Bake for 35-40 min, or until golden

6.

Serve with extra yoghurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
