Rhiannon Lambert is a Registered Nutritionist and the founder of Rhitrition, spokesperson for The Association For Nutrition (AFN) and bestselling author of Re-Nourish: A Simple Way To Eat Well. Rhiannon’s qualified approach to nutrition and total dedication to her clients’ needs has seen Rhiannon work with some of the world’s most influential people.
Rhiannon obtained a first-class Bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Health and a Master’s (MSc) degree in Obesity, Risks and Prevention. She is also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity from The National Centre For Eating Disorders approved by The British Psychological Society (BPS). Additionally, Rhiannon is a Level 3 qualified PT and has completed her further sports nutrition education which has led her to work with top sportsmen and women in the world from footballers, Gold medalists, snooker champions and runners to name but a few disciplines. Rhiannon is now also our pre and post natal specialist, having continued her studies at Monash University and works with clients from conception to family nutrition.

Talia is a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders, weight management and children’s health. She has experience across a range of acute and community clinical roles, most recently working on an inpatient eating disorders unit with the NHS. Talia graduated with Class 1 Honours in Dietetics, has received training in Family Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing and has a Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics.
Talia has a holistic, compassionate and personalised approach when in comes to nutrition. She believes in positive nutrition and teaches her clients to follow a balanced diet for long-term health, with foods that nourish both the body and mind. Sophie is Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc Psychology degree and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders. Sophie works with individuals to cultivate a non-restrictive diet and develop a healthy relationship with food. Faye is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) born in Yorkshire but now based in London. Having achieved a first-class bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition with Food Consumer Science, she focuses on using evidence-based nutrition to empower food choices. Following University, she obtained a Diploma in Eating Disorders from The National Centre for Eating Disorders approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Kaitlin Colucci is a Registered Dietitian specialising in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and the low FODMAP diet, as well as other complex gastrointestinal disorders such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, functional bowel disorders, and pancreatic disease.
Having studied a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Nottingham, she then worked in the NHS at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust specialising in gastroenterology.
Kaitlin now works in private healthcare offering one-to-one private consultations where she implements complex dietetic care plans for individuals. Jennifer Low is a Registered Dietitian, with a post-graduate diploma in Dietetics, a MSc in Nutrition and a degree in Psychology. She has been a qualified dietitian for over 10 years and has had experience of both private and NHS services.
Jennifer is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and a consultant dietitian for a NHS severe eating disorders team and lead dietitian at Weight Loss Surgery Kent, specialising in bariatric surgery.
She is a busy working Mum and can easily empathise with the minefield of nutrition information and the lack of time most of us have to focus on our nutritional intake. Through her work and background degree in psychology she understands that emotional and psychological issues, as well as medications, can have a significant influence on our ability to follow a healthy lifestyle and how to overcome these barriers.BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Having achieved a first-class degree in Psychology (BSc), with a specific research focus on eating behaviour, Gina has gone on to study for an Msc in Nutrition & Behaviour. Her mission is to combine nutrition and psychology, as our nutrition doesn’t only impact our physical health, but is also linked to our psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.
Gina’s love for food has seen her cook and develop recipes in a variety of settings including major supermarket Waitrose and nursing homes, where she gained a keen interest in nutrition across the lifespan. She has also run workshops and cooking lessons for community projects in India and in schools in the UK.
