Rhiannon Lambert is a Registered Nutritionist and the founder of Rhitrition, spokesperson for The Association For Nutrition (AFN) and bestselling author of Re-Nourish: A Simple Way To Eat Well. Rhiannon’s qualified approach to nutrition and total dedication to her clients’ needs has seen Rhiannon work with some of the world’s most influential people.
Rhiannon obtained a first-class Bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Health and a Master’s (MSc) degree in Obesity, Risks and Prevention. She is also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity from The National Centre For Eating Disorders approved by The British Psychological Society (BPS). Additionally, Rhiannon is a Level 3 qualified PT and has completed her further sports nutrition education which has led her to work with top sportsmen and women in the world from footballers, Gold medalists, snooker champions and runners to name but a few disciplines. Sarah Elder is a Registered Dietitian with the HCPC. She has a degree in Food Studies and Nutrition from Leeds University. She followed her interest of human nutrition and completed a post graduate Degree at Leeds Beckett University in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Nutrition.
Sarah specialises in restrictive eating disorders and disordered eating and has contributed to national training and guidance in this area. She works as a Clinical Associate Trainer for BEAT and has over 9 years of experience working into Mental Health and Eating disorders teams within the NHS.

Beth is a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating. Having graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, she went on to complete an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition, before gaining a post-graduate diploma in Dietetics from Kings College London. She has worked within the dietetics team of a specialist eating disorders inpatient unit for over two years, supporting numerous individuals through their recovery.
Beth has an in-depth understanding of the underlying complexities of eating disorders and the difficulties faced by individuals from a psychological and physical perspective. She prides herself on providing a safe and supportive space for her clients, with compassion being at the forefront of her clinical approach. Hala El-Shafie is a Registered Dietitian and member of the British Dietetic Association specialising in eating disorders, including binge eating disorder, bariatric surgery and disordered eating. She has extensive experience in both the NHS private and corporate sectors completing her clinical training at University College Hospital London.

Kaitlin Colucci is a Registered Dietitian specialising in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and the low FODMAP diet, as well as other complex gastrointestinal disorders such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, functional bowel disorders, and pancreatic disease.
Having studied a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Nottingham, she then worked in the NHS at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust specialising in gastroenterology.
Kaitlin now works in private healthcare where she implements complex dietetic care plans for individuals. Catherine Rabess is an experienced Registered Dietitian specialising in gastroenterology and complex nutrition support. With a focus in functional gut disorders including IBS, gastroparesis. Coeliac disease, colorectal surgery and Inflammatory Bowel Disease and pancreatitis. As well as, undernutrition and enteral nutrition in the areas of bowel disease, neurological disabilities and conditions. Victoria is a registered associate nutritionist and student dietitian. Victoria graduated with a 2:1 in Nutrition with Food Consumer Sciences at the University of Reading in 2019. She particularly enjoyed the modules linking psychology and nutrition, and her mission is to help more people improve their relationship with food. Currently, Victoria is studying Dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire.
Victoria has volunteering experience in Renal and Diabetes, and recently had ‘Know your Risk’ training with Diabetes UK. Areas of particular interest; include gut health, food allergies and the link between mental health and food. Having achieved a first-class degree in Psychology (BSc), with a specific research focus on eating behaviour, Gina has gone on to study for an Msc in Nutrition & Behaviour. Her mission is to combine nutrition and psychology, as our nutrition doesn’t only impact our physical health, but is also linked to our psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.
Gina’s love for food has seen her cook and develop recipes in a variety of settings where she has gained a keen interest in nutrition. She has run workshops and cooking lessons for community projects in India and schools in the UK.
