Banana Sushi
This delicious snack is as fun to make as it is to eat! It’s also a fab activity to keep the kids occupied.

Ingredients
3 bananas
40g dark chocolate, melted
4 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 tbsp almond butter
40g dark chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, roughly chopped
Method
1.
Peel the bananas and stick a toothpick into the ends of each one to help you when you decorate them.

Coat one banana in melted dark chocolate, then coat in the coconut. Coat the second banana in almond butter, then roll it in the chopped dark chocolate. Coat the final banana in tahini, then top with freeze-dried strawberries.
3.
Chill the bananas for 30 minutes so that the toppings can firm up, then chop into slices and serve!
