Favourite French Toast
This simple French toast is so delicious and perfect for the whole family! Top with Greek yoghurt for an extra protein boost, and sprinkle with fresh berries to get some extra vitamins and minerals on your plate.

Ingredients
2 eggs
4 slices of sourdough
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla
110ml of almond milk
1 tbsp of honey
Method
1.
Preheat large, nonstick skillet or griddle over medium low to medium heat.

In a large shallow bowl or dish, whisk together eggs, almond milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter onto pan or spray pan with cooking spray. Add the slices of bread to the dish and soak as many slices in the egg mixture as possible for about 1 minute, turning if
needed to completely soak the slices.
4.
Transfer soaked bread slices to hot pan or griddle and cook for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown on both sides.
5.
Serve French toast, warm, with kefir, berries and nuts/seeds.
