Bounty Overnight Oats
There’s nothing better than having your breakfast ready and waiting for you when you hop out of bed. If you’re someone that prefers to have your breakfast a little after you’ve started your day, overnight oats are a great option for on the go.

Ingredients
120g oats
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
300ml milk (coconut or oat works well)
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
Flaked coconut, chocolate, and blueberries for serving
Method
1.
Mix the oats, coconut, cocoa powder, and chia seeds together in a bowl. When well combined, pour in the milk and the honey, and stir.

Pour the oats into a sealed bowl or mason jar, and place in the fridge overnight to soak.
3.
Enjoy in the morning with coconut flakes, chocolate flakes and blueberries!
