Christmas crumble
A festive crumble that has a really sticky fruity base with apples and cranberries and the thickest crumbly topping!

Ingredients
For the fruity base
2 apples, cored and cubed
150g frozen cranberries
juice of one lemon
50g brown sugar
20g plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon
For the crumble topping
100g oats
70g plain flour
90g coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp agave
50g almond slices
Method
1.
Preheat oven to 180C.
2.
Mix all the ingredients for your fruity base and layer on a baking dish.
3.
Mix all the crumble topping ingredients until well combined.
4.
Cover the fruit base with the crumble base.
5.
Bake for 25-35 min until the topping looks golden and the fruit base is bubbling.
6.
Enjoy warm with ice cream, cream, custard or yoghurt.
