Christmas Cupcakes

 
 

It’s time for some festive baking! Believe me, these go down a treat! A handful of ingredients and you can whip up these 🍫 chocolatey cupcakes in minutes and finish with fun decorations!

Ingredients


For the cupcakes
200g of self rising flour
225g caster sugar
25g cacao powder
100g butter at room temperature
2 medium eggs
240ml milk
1/2 tbsp olive oil

For decoration
Chocolate and vanilla frosting
Pretzels
White chocolate buttons
Red and brown Smarties or M&M
Coconut shredded
Edible eyes


Method


1.
In a bowl add butter and sugar and using your hand mixer, mix the butter into the sugar.

2.
Crack eggs into the bowl, add olive oil, and mix again until creamy. Add in cocoa powder, flour and milk and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.

3.
Preheat your Tower air fryer for 2 minutes at 160C.

4.
Pour into muffin cups and cook your chocolate cupcakes in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 160c. Put to one side and allow to cool.

5.
For the reindeers: Decorate your cupcakes using chocolate frosting for the base, pretzels as the antlers, chocolate buttons as the nose and edible eyes.
