Pancakes 3 Ways

 
 

This oven-bake pancake recipe is perfect for meal prepping as you can divide the recipe into 3 parts, adding different toppings and flavours.

Ingredients


3 eggs

150g yoghurt

280ml milk of choice

90g oats

90g whole meal flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

Toppings:

Blueberries

Banana & chocolate chips

Raspberries & almonds


Method


1.

Preheat the oven to 180c

2.

Blend all the ingredients until well combined. Split in 3 baking proof dishes and add the

toppings.

Bake for 18-20 min until well cooked and golden

4.

Serve with yoghurt
