Scrambled Oats

 
 

These scrambled oats are a perfect topping for a yoghurt bowl or smoothie bowl. They contain a source of fibre and protein - and most importantly, they’re delicious!

Ingredients


1 ripe banana

1 egg

50g oats

To serve:

Kefir

Berries

Nut butter (optional)


Method


1.

Combine 1/2 banana mashed, oats and egg in a bowl

2.

Drizzle some oil into a pan and pour your mixture in.

3.

Flatten out like a pancake. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Then once golden on one side, break up the mixture and start scrambling it with a spatula.

4.

Keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes until golden.

5.

Serve with kefir, remaining banana & berries.
